This whole thing is bizarre, has there been a confirmation by both Oscar and Don King about Jan 17th date?

Its been confirmed by the WBC and for an event where the opponents really don't like each other its hard to figure why there's been no noise other than crickets chirping?:dead:dead:dead:stir

We've seen this before. Expect one of them to get injured or for the promotion to have "venue" problems or something to get it pushed back with the potential of Wilder withdrawing altogether.

This fight is supposedly one month and one week away and still no formal announcement. Very fishy. How are you supposed to properly promote this fight.

I think Stiverne will knock Wilder out, but Vlad will knock both out.........................I just hope Vlad gets the chance to fight for Vitali's title................

The delays in this fight getting made seem senseless. Don King cough cough. Stiverne's career seems to have been mismanaged...but perhaps Stiverne is injury prone.

I'd prefer if Stiverne was fighting Jennings or Povetkin. Maybe Stiverne beats Wilder and those fights still happen. But I favor Wilder to use his advantages to win atm, though not without some adversity.

I have no interest in seeing Stiverne against Klitschko. Because of his athleticism and power, Wilder is the better matchup for Klitschko.

I think Stiverne catches him early.

Yup. Wilder's a fraud, with a record built on facing utter stiffs. He's hiding china in his chin and that is going to get exposed by Stiverne, early.:yep
