If it helps you sleep at night, while maintaining biased views towards muricans and murican soceity then I can't knock you. Sometimes the truth hurts and living within your little circle of hate makes you comfortable then so be it. I tend to think folks get a little to emotional when they smell anti-(fill in your country) talk and they take it personal. Ignorance is bliss for some so if Wilder lands an monster right on stivernes chin and he goes down for the count I won't blame you for shouting out its a fix....it your prerogative.

What if wilder lands on his elbow and then a half hearted open hand slap on his head and stiverne goes down like sack of spuds, what will you say then? It's happened before

Like the Scott 'ko'. Most people called a fix here before the fight , people are starting to say this one might be fixed too

Completely plausible, the Scott fight didnt sit right with me either. I'm just the kinda guy that thinks its best to wait and see what unfolds before creating a soft landing site for my ego just in case it gets crushed when I'm completely wrong about the outcome of a fight.

No offense but I'm not sure how this "value adds" to the current conversation.

I hope not, I'm looking forward to this one.

Stiverne is a big test for Wilder and it should give us some indication of how far Wilder could go. I like both fighters and think it's a 50-50 but lean slightly toward Stiverne as he's more proven.

I don't want to subscribe to any of the conspiracy theory nonsense, but King has screwed his own guys over before. Cory Spinks was an unpopular titlist because of his style and seen as TV-unfriendly and unmarketable, so when he lost to Verno Phillips (considered by many, including myself, to be among the worst robberies of the millennium so far) there were persistent whispers that King was distancing himself from an unprofitable venture and maybe had secured options surrounding Verno's 1st defense (a Spinks rematch to milk a few more dollars from Cory, with the winner set to face Bundrage, or Phillips vs. Bundrage straight away) but the old man screwed the pooch on him by dropping the IBF title and challenging PTP for the WBO, then getting beaten up and retiring.

Of the seven IBF 154lb title matches since, King's fingers have been in the pie for six.

Wilder may be faster, but Stiverne has timing, and timing beats speed.
