Wow that was awful, takes cringeworthy to a whole new level. From this and the All access video, his team just seem a bunch of jokers and cheer leaders. I hope for Wilder that's just for the cameras.

Okay lets imagine that Deontay Wilder KO's Stiverne in dominant fashion in 2 rounds like Foreman-Frazier fight went. How your opinion about Wilder changes, do you still think he is protected and glass chin fighter? Would you give him a lot credit of it, or think that Stiverne was paid to act and take dive?

I would, I'd have him among the top 5 in the HW division. But other people who hate Wilder would say it was a fluke, Stiverne took a dive, or Stiverne was never good to begin with.

If it's a legit stoppage then beating Stiverne means he has finally proven he is a genuine contender and not just another over protected prospect or gate keeper hyped up as one. It would also see him ranked as a genuine top 10 heavy.

But it doesn't take him out of the shadow of Wlad who we all know is the genuine champion. Yes I would take him seriously but I don't think he has any chance of beating Wlad.

The heavyweight champion of the world is Wladimir Klitschko. There can't be two heavyweight champions, because only one can be heavyweight champion. The title is the most honourable in the world, everyone should admire that title. WBC belt is paper champion belt, so Wilder need to beat Klitschko if he wants to be heavyweight champion of the world. Classic Ali, Louis times were better when there was just one heavyweight champion, but now we have many champions. After Klitschko takes the WBC belt from Stiverne/Wilder, there will be one heavyweight champion. But they'll make just another vacant belt, so we may never get again only one heavyweight champion.

The belt is really more of a marketing tool for the promoter than an actual recognition of achievement.

He'd be just another title holder, we all know Wlad is the real champion.

In reality it's a good situation for Wlad, when Vitali had the title he could never face his most visible top contender. With a WBC title holder he can have a big unification fight. Also if it's built up right and whoever the WBC champion is can get some decent wins prior to unification, Wlad may get the significant and memorable win that is missing on his resume.

Whoever wins between Wilder and Stiverne I hope they win in devastating and impressive fashion. It would only add to the hype for a potential unification fight.

Lets say if Wilder beats Stiverne then we can't ignore Wilder as a joke anymore. Then he's a legit top HW, weak chin and photoshopped record or not doesn't matter anymore.

I respect him now. I think he's done good in spite of his limited amateur background. Even if he loses to Stiverne I won't write him off immediately. I have feeling Wilder is going to win. If he wins by KO it will be even more impressive.

I like Stiverne in this.I have oppinion that Wilder can't take hard punches well. His body is too thin overall to absorb serious punishment. His chest area and his hands are muscular. These characteristics show me he has power and speed. But how he will take hard punches?

    His technique is average.

    He has no defense.

Overall,I think these characteristics will not bend well for this matchup.

Sounds like people are already trying to discredit Stiverne before it happens, so maybe not for the general public. Berm is a legit contender, so absolutely.
