It says it can be caused by the kind of extreme physical trauma that earthquake victims go through. Wilder crushed him.

Why the F would he be dehydrated. He's a HW. Its not like they were cooking down weight before the weight-in. The entire theory is a bunch of baloney. He got outboxed by Wilder, plain and simple.

Most fighters make an excuse when they lose a fight. It's a natural reaction for the ego. Stiverne did look off his game but he was already exposed as having difficulty handling a jab.
There was a lot of strange negotiations leading up to the fight that can leave one suspicious on it's integrity.

This would explain why Wilder looked pretty good but in his following 2 fights he looked pretty bad..

Not dehydrated. Concocted by King to try and get rematch.
He doesnt have to make weight, why would he be dehydrated anyway?

Concocted by King or hashed out in advance by King and Haymon?

The WBC will have to force Wilder to fight Povetkin. Vlad would have fought Wilder, but Wilder did not want to fight him and for good reason. Vlad by knockout!!! Wilder wants to fight another unknown fighter, then another, then another, then another, ad infinitum.................
