Have you tried using the RealPlayer stream rather than Windows Media?

I've just switched mine to Real Player and (fingers crossed) it seems to be working much better. The quality isn't as good as the Media Player one was earlier on, but at least its not buffering/freezing - it's certainly watchable on mine now
