    Forget the fight that took place in 2007, how would this fight turn out if this was at MW? The Hopkins that beat Tito vs Winky who schooled Tito. Same outcome?

    Yes. This would be a better version of Wink, but it'd be a better version of Bernard as well. Same as the fight they had in reality, it'd be close, competitive, Winky would trouble Bernard and win some rounds clearly, but ultimately B-Hop would outfight him in enough rounds and shade a decision by about 3 points or so.
