It is a little hard to research, so I'll ask; Was there any time during any of Hopkins matches where he seemed stunned?

    Marvin Hagler, same question.

Hopkins was dropped twice in the first fight with Mercado, and of course, recently twice in the first fight against Pascal. Got up and just kept on fighting both times. Other than that, the only time I remember seeing him noticeably rocked at all was when Echols hit him after a break, again, in their first fight.

Hagler was briefly stunned against Hearns and even a bit hurt at the end of the 4th round (?) against Hart. Supposedly he was badly hurt in a fight very early in his career, can't remember the opponent's name though.

I would say Hagler, but Hopkins would have one thing going for him, and that is that he is more likley to put some doubt i Hagler's mind then other way around. Hagler was more skilled, Hopkins way more dirty fighter, especially pre-Trinidad bout. Hagler did some dirty **** in ring too, but as he held title longer he cut it out. With hagler is was just head butting, Hopkins shoved, elbowed, wrestled, head butted, till late in career.

I don''t see any way he stops Hopkins, but I think Hagler just outboxes him totally. If Hagler does not mix in enough firepower, and fights like he did agianst Duran, Hopkins then has chance.
