a ******* would say something like this people keep saying he couldnt pull the trigger, it was because he was fighting DAWSON, same thing would happen if he fought Ward, Dawson was always gonna beat Hopkins and make him hardly punch but YDKSAB so you probably thought Hopkins would beat him
Because he was going on long runs every morning and eating very little to make middleweight for years. He started out at light heavy, he's a natural light heavy so when he went back to his natural division to fight Tarver he looked stronger (That combined with working with Mackie Shilstone for months and lifting weights which he never did before). Everything points to you being completely ******ed.
Hell no. Look at him against Calzaghe. He clearly showed his age by tiring. Look at the pace last night. It was slow as hell. You can beat Hopkins if you keep up the pace. That's how Taylor won the second time, as he clearly lost the first, and that's how Calzaghe won.
Anyone who votes no here is an idiot. "Is it POSSIBLE for Hopkins to be on PED's?" Yes, it is possible. Unless you know of some medical condition Hopkins has that would physically kill him should any unnatural levels of anything enter his body, you are simply being agenda driven if you say no. This has nothing to do with how much you love or hate Hopkins, or any other fighter. If this thread were made for every fighter on the planet, everyone should be voting yes to each and every one of them including Donaire who of any athlete on the planet, it can be easily argued, is the least likely to be on PED's.
Hopkins vs. Dawson II was just as slow as the fights you named and Hopkins lost close to every round.
its possible for any boxer to be on PED's but OP basically means is he on them Nonito is probably on that undetectable ****
It's definitely a possibility, but I highly doubt it. I voted yes because the two options are ******ed
Hopkins hasn't brought any physical advantages to the ring in years. He's a very low work rate fighter, he's efficient with his movement and picks his spots to take points. He hasn't out punched or out powered a guy in a decade, he uses his skills and efficient movement. If anybody can't see that and believe this guy has been taking PEDs then they need to find a new sport to watch because they don't know **** about this one.
