Bernard Hopkins Back To His Racist Rhetoric Again

Some of y'all are being too sensitive. Ever hear boxing commentators use the words "mexican style"? Is that not wrong too? I like Hopkins as a fighter but anyone who has known of him throughout the years knows he can be an ass sometimes. I like the fact that he's honest about being an ass and doesn't give a damn what people think. To the zaghe nuthuggers, and ol Bernard still put Calzaghe on his ass and maybe him look foolish at times. Clearly something not to be proud of lol.

 

I don't even like calzaghe, but I am not a BHop fan as he was one of the most boring fighters to ever lace em up. The man is a paradigm of inactivity.

Regardless, Calzaghe made bhop look like a ***** in their fight. Bhop was crying like a little girl while JC swarmed him and beat him up. Not to mention Bhop will never live this GIF down.:rofl:rofl:rofl

Rewatch that fight. Hopkins landed the harder punches but didn't throw enough. Calzaghe threw alot but landed very little and in no way did he "beat him up" that's laughable to think so. Yes Hopkins made it an ugly fight but still. BTW, Hopkins in his prime was pretty entertaining such as his fights with Joppy & Trinidad. Sheesh, do people even try to see Hopkins in his prime or do they blab out nonsense instead?

Malinaggi does not have respectable power. Yes, he does have that style though...he grew up in NY and trained and honed his style in the inner city gyms there, I would assume. If he ever had any power, he could've been a GREAT boxer. Without it, he's a VERY GOOD one. And as I said, it's not exclusive to one group. Blackness is NOT the key component. It is the STYLE that is the key component, which just happens to be taught predominantly by AA's to AA's, due to culture and proximity. Any others (non AA's) are free to walk into any of those same gyms, and learn that style, as well....and, in fact, they do.
