PrepaRE for bhop to cry to the ref like he did vs calzaghe. Not because of the work rate but due to the sharp punches. I wouldnt be surprised to see Bhop tko'd or even quit in this fight. Mark my words, this is a mismatch of styles.

Hopkins fears nobody. Jesus, the way you people talk about Chad Dawson, you'd think he's a mixture of Michael Spinks, John Conteh, and Bob Foster. Hopkins is going to surprise a lot of people yet again, even if he doesn't win. Guarantee that Chad doesn't look good in this fight. He hasn't genuinely impressed me since the Adamek fight years ago.

The big question is which Dawson shows up. If he's lazy it could end up being another huge victory for Hopkins. I've got no favourite in this one either. I'll support whoever fights better and wants it more. If Dawson fights without commitment like he often does I'll be rooting for B-Hop

Interestingly Pascal should be right back in the picture if Dawson wins this. That's a rematch I'd like to see

I was surprised at what he said his game plan was. Attacking Dawson? Why? I understand Dawson has all the tools to outbox Hopkins from a distance, but Pascal put a nice blue print out there. Fight from the outside, move side to side, and come in with a straight shot, and tie him up. It sure isn't pretty, but that's what gets the job done. If Hopkins does attack and really try to look for a KO, Dawson has a really good chance then.

I wouldn't take anything Hopkins says regarding game plan prior to the fight too seriously.

I was very surprised when Hopkins signed the 3 fight deal which meant he would have to face Dawson. While Hopkins' win over Pascal was impressive, I saw nothing to suggest Hopkins has the tools any more to beat Dawson. Hopkins looked slower against Pascal then I have ever seen him before while he is not shot he is so far past his best now that a fast boxer like Dawson will be too much for him.

I hope Hopkins can somehow pull off another miracle and prove me wrong but I doubt he can overcome the faster, younger man this time round.

Dawson doesn't fight hard every second of every round, so at worst Hopkins can keep it ugly and competitive.

I think he can do better than that. Dawson has tactical flaws and can be beaten mentally.

Im not surprised Hopkins is nervous. Hopkins has a style weakness to fast 2 handed fighters. Jones, Taylor twice, Calzaghe, Pascal
I will be impressed with Hopkins if he wins but lets not forget that Hopkins team were looking for loopholes out of this fight originally
