2011: "Pac was too small", "Martinez was overrated"

    OK. :-(

I'll be waiting for proof where Hopkins said he was a natural LH all his career.

All that prestige and money makes me wonder why Jones moved up, since he was really even smaller than Hopkins.
I also seem to recall a time when Jones fought at heavyweight, and won, but maybe that was a dream.

Look man, I can't tell you why Jones moved up and Hopkins didn't. I didn't make the damn quote up. If you really followed boxing you would've actually heard the interview where he said it. But you don't, so you didn't. If you want to go on thinking Jones is the "bigger man" then go right ahead. The only reason your saying that is because Jones moved up earlier, and Hopkins didn't. Why ignore the facts and the clear picture you shouldve seen when they fought, Hopkins is just as big...if not bigger. **** sake, Hopkins looked bigger and stronger than Tarver when they fought, but damn you might've missed that fight too "fan"

Mosley was the closest thing there was to a linear WW champ when they fought. Floyd retired the linear WW title when he left, and he cannot fight himself to regain the title. Recent history has shown that Pac is likely at least the second best WW but he dodged a fight with Mayweather so Mayweather fought the next best available opponent. The hands of plaster and Cotto wouldn't even look like they belong in the same ring Mayweather before or after any of their losses.

The closest thing to a dodge is your bull**** argument is that Floyd hasn't fought Williams yet. I could care less if he does, the fight would set new records for ugly and Floyd stands little chance of losing if its at 147.

Floyd has the highest ratio of his percent landed punches vs his opponents percent landed punches since compubox has been recording fights. This was per Jim Lampley.

If Hopkins is superior to Mayweather defensively he wouldnt have losses and Mayweather wouldnt have better stats.

You act like Hopkins never gets hit, ever. If he never got hit he wouldnt have losses.

Hopkins' defense is not the barometer for who is overrated defensively. Hopkins has one of the best defenses of all time.

No matter how defensively sound you may be you will still get hit against top opposition.
It was just Mayweather got caught so clean by Mosley.
