Top 5 in what? He won't fight Bute or Dawson, so he fights a completly shot fighter who already beat him. He is the most overrated fighter in boxing today.
Bernard is actually making himself look worse by saying this ****. The fact that stupid sore loser **** talk, of a guy he schooled for 12 rounds, is bothering him, makes him look like a child.... Not a champion When have I ever said you have to be kind and gentle??? Kind and gentle and class dont have anything to do with each other... Nard is not speaking the truth.... Kelly is a world class fighter who obviously knows how to jab, he is just talking **** to gain attention, since he hasnt done **** since the pavlik fight
That doesnt mean anything, Tarver outjabbed Hopkins by 30 to 8, that's not Hopkins game. He completely and utterly neutralized Kellys offense by not being there for Kellys simple jab.
He didnt talk in that way, he simply pointed out the fact that Kelly was made a superstar without having a legitimate jab. He did nothing wrong, stop acting as if he's supposed to be gushy-gushy to everyone hes fought. He said RJJ is a legend in his own right, and regards him as a serious threat, meanwhile.. he maintains, from experience, the fact that he thinks Pavlik does not have a jab.
kelly has 1 loss, against one of the best fighters of this generation..... and he dosent know how to jab?
what the **** are you talking about??? wtf is scientific? Since when do you have to beat a scientific fighter to have know how to jab?
So did Jermain, and a young Roy, but that is not the fighter Hopkins is fighting. Dawson and Bute could both beat that old man right now, and he knows it.
Calzaghe was a serious boxer, and would've made a bloody mess out of Kelly Pavlik. But no, that was a competetive fight throughout, many had Bernard winning that fight, me personally, I had him loosing. But lets not act as if Calzaghe dominated him, he did not, but he did in fact refuse to give Bernard a rematch.
Oh no, he lost to a young RJJ?! As if thats something to be ashamed of? Taylor makes it tough for everybody, but Hopkins outlanded him in both affairs and had many ringside observers convinced he won both fights.
