People here suspect Pac of being a cheat on the basis of his wanting a reasonable cutoff date when asked about OSDT. The same people look the other way when Hopkins throws a "roid rage" and goes after Pascal in the press conference when asked the same question Pac was asked.

You are misinformed. Pac didn't sue the Mayweathers and Golden Boy because they asked for OSDT. Pac is suing them for comments made that go as far back as summer 2009 after Pac put Sr.'s boy to dreamland. Pac's lawsuit was filed in December 2009, 1 month before negotiations even began.

For the record, I'm in favor of better drug testing in all pro sports. Other boxers have also requested extra testing which has been done. The difference here is, the boxers requesting the tests didn't accuse the other boxer as a cheater to the whole world like Floyd did.

To summarize for you, Pac is not suing because of OSDT. He filed the lawsuit BEFORE OSDT was even mentioned.

 

So pac is suing because someone hurt his feelings.... Wow the heart of a Warrior:roll:

 

What contract was there? The one Floyd made? Of course he's going to sign his own made up contract. This was a Top Rank Promotions fight. Floyd's name was not signed on that contract nor was the OSDT in that contract.

 

He is suing because accusations cause damages, which in turn causes loss of monetary gain. Just look at all the Pac haters in this forum and all the talk of boycotting Pac's fights. Of course that means loss of revenue. Pac doesn't need to prove he's a warrior. If you haven't figured that one out, you never will. Hatred is blinding.
