Yeah same here, they have been doing these kind of things since forever, its just that Hopkins is more known to the masses.

 

Well if you think manny is p4p better then floyd that is your opinion.

The difference in ring ratings is Floyd beat the man who beat the man. ala he is rightful as #1 ww. For manny to claim that he has to beat floyd, just like pascal had to beat chad.

Oscar has a stake in pac, the whole idea of media is to follow the crowd and stir rifs that is exactrly what they do with floyd and pac.

 

Just another example of why most reasonable minded people view Ring for what it is, a ****ing joke, a boxing comic book.

 

This is all down to two things:
1 - Oscar owns RING magazine
2 - Oscar has been repeatedly sodomized by Bernard Hopkins.

 

Oscar has a share in mannys fights because manny signed a contract with him and top rank:rofl and none in mayweathers, he hires them for promotion purposes.

First and foremost they have bradley over khan because he has faced and beaten better opposition.

They have martinez over JMM because he beat PW who most regarded as p4p 5 at the time.

If you cant see for yourself that the media are around to create hype and contreversy amongst other things i cant help you but that is what GBP is.

 

that's strange most of the time you are intelligent. Boxing is a sport where performance is everything you can move up with a loss and go down with a win. Especially with the horrible decisions that plague the sport

just curious as to what Bika is "inferior" to? Bika's a legit smw contender and is not inferior to let's say gj, green, and possibly dirrell and the present versions of kessler and taylor. and was it only 3 rounds he lost?

 

The absolute most logical move to make. He has proved he is at worst equal to the current champ, a number one ranking is the least he deserves.

I say let pascal and dawson rematch. Let hopkins school cloud and make history. Then the two winners can square off against each other!

 

Sorry, inferior as in a class below. Bika is not top 5 SMW. Pascal/Hopkins are both top 5 LHWs.

Was it only 3 rounds? Can't remember exactly haha. I was pretty much drunk by the 10th (AA-Froch), and only remember Bika was giving him trouble in the first part of the fight. Ward was comfortable per say starting halfway through the fight IIRC.
