Bernard Hopkins: Pacquiao Won Nine Rounds, Eight Easy, NO WAY Pacquiao Lost!

Im sure Hopkins like the rest of us casuals who had Pacman winning just got brainwashed by Teddy Atlas.

Something about Atlas screaming about flooded basements and parking garages....just hypnotized me i became incapable of seeing all the great work Horn was doing....

 

Pac refused to give jmm the 50/50 split he required for Pac TO GET THE REMATCH.
If Pac truly wanted to fight jmm after getting annihilated all he had to do was offer even split

 

I think all your sexuality problems originate from being bullied by mean black girls in a Detroit high school.

 

Gave him chances? Lol the fact they fought so many times is the fact no one was happy with the previous results!
They fought 4 ****in times and jmm was on the end of a couple of bad decisions, he doesn't want to risk that again. He has secured his legacy. And there is nothing more to find out about them fighting each other.

I had it 9 rounds for Pacquiao, 2 for Horn, and 1 even. This and the Gonzalez/Rungvisai fight really bother me with how many people think the judges got it right. I scored that one 8 to 4 for Gonzalez too. You got a lot of blood and roughhousing with a younger stronger bigger guy, and people aren't paying enough attention to how the little guy is using his opponent like a speed bag. I just don't know how people can miss a guy consistently doubling or tripling his opponent's landed punches in eight or nine rounds.

PAC lost hands down. PAC looked terrible and at the end, a beaten man. In a rematch Horn will be even tougher.

 

The judges were all unanimous for Horn winning 1 4 6 7 and 12. This doesn't happen by accident. The scores are tabulated individually. The judges don't know each others scores. Manny had rounds 2 and 7 unanimous and that's it. The rest were tossups. That's what happened in the Ward Kovalev fight. I was upset about Ward Kov 1 but too bad.

 

When I was watching the fight I thought it was a joke. I was sure he was trying to make this fight look good. Then the 12th came.

 

Hopkins is right, of course, but you shouldn't need him to put you straight on this fight. It was relatively easy for anyone to score.

Sure, Pacquiao has slipped quite a bit, but he clearly won this fight.

Boxing is more corrupt than politics.

Absolutely disgraceful decision. The WBO rescore was a total joke.

 

Actually, yes three random events could randomly all be scored heads or tails. That does sometimes happen by accident. You take 3 people who don't know how to score and they might all come up with the same wrong scores for any number of reasons. Sometimes people don't know how to score and they wind up with the right score for the wrong reasons. Also, about the judges not knowing each other's scorecards, I've seen it happen every now and then where two judges have the same wrong score, and their independence seems dubious to me.

If you think Horn won 4,6, or 7, I don't want to say you're an idiot, but I do suspect it. There are punches that land and there are punches that don't. If you can't tell the difference then you have no business scoring a fight. Unfortunately, we have some very aggressive, very active guys who are getting credit for throwing a lot of punches that don't land.

 

Reminds me of something like Oscar vs Trinidad where people say Oscar brought it on himself but two of the official judges actually gave him late rounds that people said cost him the fight.

I wander sometimes if these guys have their cards filled out before the fight.

 

Hopkins has fallen way to many times of that ring, He needs to go and check his head
