lol, my actual mood isnt reflected in my posts. i am actually indifferent to hopkins, i dont hate him but i am not a fan either. i dont think ive ever written a negative post about him before. i actually defended hopkins when some poster compared his race baiting with that of imus some time back. i will however, act like a dick if you come at me in that manner... and im usually better at it than most.
my problem is that honoring a guy like this, regardless of what a badass he is in the ring, sends the wrong message. his attitude outside the ring, even if its all for show, is an embarrassment to the actual real men worthy of such an honor. how are things going to change if people are told "hey it dont matter if youre an antisocial biggot as long as you make money". and of course you have the idiots who eat this up because thay think they are actually being elevated by his recognition.
