Joe pulling goofy faces tells me that he has sort of a I'm not sure what to do next type of attitude. He possibly has been way to anxious for this fight.
Sloppy Joe's for dinner. Tommorrow night my house!

    that's the thing though.

not only did he beat those B levels. he ****ing dominated them in the way an A class should. can we for instance say the same for taylor over spinks and ouma?

same weight though.......calzaghe was always gonna be the smaller guy when they faced off.....calzaghe is naturally heavier so may have more pop in his punches.....Hopkins has never come in looking shabby and looks good once again.......

Hopkins has the overall better resume and boxing skills ...

All Calzaghe fans can say is that he's fast and he throws alot of punches ... who cares ... he didn't look good at the weigh in and it seems like he was trying to psych himself up - while Hopkins looked focused and ready for war.

You know what you're going to get with Hopkins ... I just don't know about Calzaghe.

All he did was trim some weight from his already puggie frame inbetween fights ...

He was drinking water ... he's probably dehydrated ... while Hopkins got a nurtitionist and ate the right foods and didn't have to starve himself.

Hopkins got Shilstone so he could tone up his muscles and move effectively at 175.

All Calzaghe did was not eat or drink to make weight ...

Good point we should give credit to Kessler for dominating those B level fighters. But on the other hand how many A-LEVEL fighter has Kessler defeated? 0! Kessler has the potential to go on and do great things but lets not put him in BHOP's league untill he proves him self a bit more.

The one point I would make is that people say Hopkins has defeated Hall Of Famers...BUT....they were undeniably tiny compared to Kessler so in terms of a threat to defeating either fighter I think Mikkel would beat De La Hoya !!!

And of course Hopkins has the bigger well known names on his record cos he lives in the same country as the huge promoters and the fighters who bring the biggest threat....LETS NOT FORGET HE LOST TO TAYLOR AND ROY JONES....the guy isn't unbeatable....hard a ****, yes, unbeatable, no

I'm gonna pick Hopkins by 2 rounds just cos he has home turf advantage and a lot of nouse

Watch the RJJ vs BHOP fight and you will see something similar tommorow. Remember BHOP got dominated by RJJ when he was in his prime! JC will be to slick and fast for a lazy BHOP

the only thing thats been consistant is fighting guys that weren't on his level - now he's fighting a guy thats head and shoulders above everyone on his resume and he's going to see what its truley like to fight an elite fighter ...
