Who gives a ****? It's Roy's fault this fight didn't happen years ago. If he would've stopped fighting cab drivers, sanitation workers and part time cops then the rematch would've occured years ago. When Roy FINALLY decided to step up and fight real fighters he began getting ktfo.

Absolutely, I mean it's not as if Hopkins has ever quit negotiations when he didn't feel like the proposed fight met his risk-reward criteria or anything like that.

 

I hate to say it because I like Hopkins but if RJJ won against Green in a dominating fashion (ala performance against Lacy) Hops would probably want no part of RJJ. This fight is purely for avenging his loss against Jones and is fighting a RJJ at the lowest stage of his career. The only thing RJJ has going for him is hand speed but even Hopkins himself said that Jone's legs are gone. Hope they both retire after this fight:-(.

 

Kinda reminds me when Joe Calzaghe said Roy is a shot fighter in his autobiography, but still chose to fight him anyway a couple of years later.:yep
