Bernard Hopkins VIRTUOSO PERFORMANCE

i wish roy jones grows some balls and steps into the ring with the executioner.

it was great at the end when hopkins was talking to pavlik and he said, "you are a middleweight, you go back down there and rule the divsion like i ruled the division".

 

B-Hop is a living legend. Another masterful performance from the Executioner.

 

Man it has never felt so good to be so wrong about an outcome.

Bernard is a true legend and a man that all boxers should luck up to. I'm sorry I underestimated the old man and will gadly eat my crow.

Amazing performance by Hopkins, I didn't think he had it in him. He schooled a tough young fighter. Much respect.

 

Well, I thought Pavlik would win if they ever met, BUT when it said 170......I mentioned on here, that Pavlik was shown less effective vs Tayloy at 166, and 170 is too much for Kelly..he should stay at middleweightatsch

 

i'm a fan of both, but from the calzaghe fight i thought b-hop was thru, at least to compete with an elite fighter. i was made the miscalculation well since kelly beat the man that beat b-hop twice, controversially, he should beat b-hop, right? Wrong. i thought b-hop would win the first 4-5 rounds, subdue to kelly's pressure and jab, which was neutralized by b-hops right hand, defense, and angles, would be too much. I will never doubt u again B-Hop! Finally, America, wake the **** up and stop treating him like a black sheep. Yes he ****s up with what he says i don't always agree i think it has to do with the anger and resentment of not getting the luv and respect he deserves. A ko would of been too easy for him. he administered an old school buttwhipping. once again, i don't care the odds against this man, if he fights again, i'll be there to support the legend. we don't have many esp. today

Great performance by Bernard. A very clear win and I don't expect Kelly boys here to cry a rubout.

 

Amazing performance. I'm sure I'll get flamed for this, but this Win has just put Bernard into my all-time top 15.

 

Props to both fighters, but especially Hopkins for putting on such a great boxing clinic and showing us that he can still do it at the age of 43.. Hopkins displayed some great boxing tonight and I was impressed.. Hopkins proved tonight why he's a legend.. I just loved the whole "wind up punch" as well.. Classic..

 

if i said i told you so i would be a lie, i rooted for hopkins in this fight.but in my head i thought it was going to be a close sd loss for bhop or they maybe might give him the nod in a close fight.

but for hopkins to shut of pavlik like he did and throw as many punches as he did ! man im still in shock.then how he looked at the media has to say, i cant do what ? whos gone knock me out ? man it was the best, nobody had hopkins winning this fight the way he did.

they say anything can happen in mma, well anything can happen in boxing.hopkins did would i only dreamed he could do and that was take kelly to school, make it look easy and then look at his haters like NOW WHAT !

i think bhop deserves to be p4p number 3 only behind joe and manny after this win, i forgot to mention he is 43 ! tell me i did not see the fight and this is all dream lol.
