    See, typically facing a durable guy your better than can still be a chance for development. Problem is, Quillin was so unconcerned about what was coming back at him that his defense was lazy, at best. Konecny shouldn't have been outjabbing him. This wasn't the kind of fight to prepare him against someone like GGG.

    It wasn't all negative- he did show good patience and showed the ability to box offensively for 12 rounds, chin was solid. I would've liked to a tighter performance defensively to really take more out of it. If LK could punch, maybe Quillin would've been a little more concerned about maintaining defensive responsibility.

    This was one of those instances where a fighter fights up to the level of his opposition.
    Quillin didn't want to take many chances in this fight and fought safe to coast to an easy W.
