Bernard hopkins vs Carl froch at 170 must happen in 2012

    Who wins and why?I say make the fight at 170 because hopkins will be slower and easier to hit,resulting in a better fight,much like Andre ward vs Chad dawson.

    man, Bhop is way old now. And before anyone says Forch is 35/36, just NO! Its way too big a difference. Nard will last 4 rounds and then soak up a beating. Why would he want to do that? WHat man does? He could have a stroke in the ring, for goodness sake.

    But moreover, Froch doesnt intentionally fight 40somethings, so its no go.

    Froch would take an UD, and might even stop this guy these days. Any corner man or ref who didnt stop the fight should be sacked.

    Hopkins said he can't make 170 any more, and exactly who wants to see 48 year old Hopkins fight Froch?

    Even old ass Hopkins' lateral movement is still too good for Froch. If he can last the distance, he wins pretty clearly.

    This would be a great fight. A few years ago Hopkins would have schooled Froch but now I can imagine it being a great fight with Froch possibly winning by KO as Hopkins has finally started to show his age!!!

    No catch weights. Carl is big enough to move up to 75 and carry the weight ok as it looks to me.

    Who is a bigger man, Carl Froch or Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. ??/

    I actually think Chavez Jr. is bigger than Froch.

    Froch would beat him. I like Bhop but he is finished. I know it has been said before but c'mon. I'm a bigger fan of Hopkins than I am of Froch but I think Froch beats him at any weight.

    Is Hopkins bigger than Froch? I think Froch is a little bigger at the shoulders.

    youre talking about prime for prime?

    or are you talking at their present age? hops wouldnt make 170, and if he does, he COULD be beaten, but hops' boxing skill would be the deal breaker. (and his dirrty tactics)
