    Don't cry so much. I guarantee dawson fans two things tho, he can do pushups:

    He will enter with his usual dub style and mask on and he has fought guys who have much more punching power than sad, sad Chad...

    I know. The fight was ****all but this one should set things right. I realize style wise it will probably be a boring fight, but I'm still excited about it. I think its gonna be good. Either changing of the guard or another witness to history being made.

    this fights doesnt hype me at all. dawson all over him like the first fight. totaly overwhelms X, might even TKO him.

    what comes after makes me interessting, shumanov vs dawson or dawson vs silakh.

  4. Bhop is finished and I am a fan of his but there is no way this old **** beats a strong hungry kid again. Bhop is great but he is no Foreman.
    Bad Chad TKO8 Grandpa Hopkins

    I dont know what you are talking about, there were just 2 rounds and you act like dawson dominated for 10 rounds, i think Dawson will win but first "fight" did not show us to much.

    because the fight has become a can Hopkins do it or not issue. Not about the fight. Hopkins just wants to pad his resume without giving a good fight. He is not an entertainer like many greats of the past,.

    Bhop has gone down from 50-60% of his prime versus Calzaghe to about 30 or 40% now. Look at his body, hes skinny as hell now for a LH. Hes nearly 50!

    Thats a pretty big drop, and remember Dawson both has chin and hits very hard in this weight division unlike Calzaghe.

    Bernard is going down.

    There will be plenty of threads and interest in 48 hours or so;

    "hopkins was just exposed!"

    or

    "Dawson was just exposed"

    followed by;

    "Dawson vs Ali? how would it play out?'

    or

    "Hopkins vs Wlad? I want to see this match"

    He was the aggressor, but I think that's all you can really say. Apart from a few half-landed jabs and one flush left, he barely landed anything at all. Not that Hopkins did either, but the rounds were not won dominantly and the pace was not beyond Hopkins' ability.

    People are over Hopkins and haven't warmed up to Chad.

    Although I'm not expecting it to happen here, it always seems to me like fights that turn out to be the best fights fly under the radar. Anybody else feel that way?

    It took a long time for Bernard to get the fans onside.
    Chad is his own worst enemy when it comes to PR.
    Like a cheaper version of Amir Khan,with a better defence.

    The Trinidad fight was what really turned the tide for Hopkins getting fans love, IMO. Now he's just an old guy who hasn't knocked anybody out in forever and goes on crazy rants like the one against McNabb. Fans don't hate him, they are just no longer excited by him and ready for him to ride off into the sunset.

    now, exactly who has dawson ko'd at lhw?

    and you might want to take a look at the johnson/dawson fight(10th round). he was also hurt in the pascal fight(grabbed his leg) and the adamek fight(weight-drained).
