Bernard Hopkins vs James Toney: Who Ranks Higher

I don't think King can really be blamed for the fight falling through

 

I think hopkins was the better fighter tbh.

He could out work Toney and has better timing. His reflexes aren't as great but his ring generalship and footwork is far superior.

Toney had a glorious run of fights in his prime and carried his talents to the heavyweight division. But let's have it right, hopkins is the model of consistency and Toney is the model of inconsistency.

Hopkins is far superior imo.

 

In terms of boxing ability James is way higher imo, he was a a natural born fighter, but his discipline and lack of training was his downfall where that was Hopkins forte.
Prime vs Prime i say Toney beats him, there is no way Bhop can shook Toney with his **** talking as well.
Toney aint no Trinidad, Pavlik or Pascal.
But in terms of accomplishment i slightly favor Hopkins but by an inch. Toney went all the way up to hw, 2bad he was a lazy *******.
