For December 18th in Quebec City. Can the old man pull another one out of his ass? I think he can't. Pascal seems to be the "real deal." Vote, ESB :bbb

Sorry B-Hop I just see Pascal as the busier fighter. Also I see the fight taking place in his backyard. There is always that outside chance that he could just beat Pascal down the way he did Pavlick.

BHop sees technical flaws in Pascal. Im curious to see how Pascal comes to fight Bhop. Against Dawson he used a lot of lateral movement. I also am curious how dirty the fight will become, it seems like Canadian refs let the fighters fight. Bhop by UD

Jean Pascal is ducking a third match with Adrian Diacanu and is scared of Zsolt Erdei. Pascal will easily beat Hopkins, Cloud, Johnson, Tarver, Woods, Dirrell, and Ward, but will clearly lose to Diacanu, Erdei, Adamek, and Vitali Klitschko. I have exhaustively analyzed Pascal's style and have confidence in my analysis.

Hopkins took this fight because he thinks he can win, I can see him winning a close, ugly decision in a boring fight. BHop can defend against Pascals spurts

As much as an awesome fighter he was a decade ago ( well time marches on , sorry for stating the obvious).
B-Hop will cry foul , but will lose in a last attempt for legacy.

If the question is strictly about whether if he can or if he can't, then it's clearly a yes he can. I don't think Hopkins is favoured to win cause there's a difference in physical shape and work rate and then it all weights more on the judges cards in Quebec for the French Canandian. However, Jean Pascal has a problem in how to approach to this fight -Pascal has to fight smart against the smarter fighter and has to spend that amount of energy yet again... Circling away, getting first, stepping away without leaving that chin up in the air. Hopkins did get first to the still fast handed Jones plenty of times and no where in the world JP is that a strong guy... JP gets hit in his way in and he gets hurt even if the crowd is yelling every time he steps in with punches and boos every time Hops breaks the action.

Hopkins thought he would win all of his fights. He has failed to do that 6 times (5 losses and 1 draw). He also thinks he's young. He's not. He's shot since his 2 last fights and that doesn't come back.
