Conteh by decision his jab would be the key just like Taylor's was vs Hopkins. And if Hopkins wanted to rough it up well Conteh could certainly do that aswell he was no saint with his head butting.
Bernard, an atg middleweight, was not a great 175 pounder. Just look at his record there. He stands no chance against John Conteh, a fellow that had a great boxing IQ as well, and was every bit as tough as any 175 pounder in his era. Prime John in a lopsided decision. No one gets kod here btw.

But Conteh did possess great boxing skills if healthy to decision Bernard Hopkins, who had trouble adjusting to the 175 lbs division with losses to Chad Dawson and Sergey Kovalov. Although a very dangerous opponent for Conteh, I feel that John's boxing skills, the left jab and counterpunching would prove too much for Hopkins, Conteh by a unanimous decision in 15 rounds.
