How does he do, in his prime, vs. the following.

    Willie Monroe

    Bobby Watts

    Eugene Hart

    Bennie Briscoe

A break from the Hagler/Hopkin's vs threads. :D

Feel free to give details write-ups on each.

that would produce some awesome fights...he would win most of the matches but most likely pick a lose as well

Briscoe & Monroe could pose problems.
I believe he takes the rest.

Bennie when he was on could give anyone problems with his preasure and power.
Monroe with his movement and jab would give Hopkins a frustrating night until Hopkins started breaking him up.

Hopkins never had a problem with taking away a guys jab - look what he did to Winky´s and his was better then Munroes. So, I can´t see Munroe posing much problems.
Briscoe´s pressure could make Hopkins work harder but his far superior defence and countering abilities would make Briscoe look quite beaten up at the end of the fight.
I don´t think Hopkins would have much problems with any of them, he´s just a step above them.

Your missing a little of my point.
Monroe was a good ring general too and I think the first 4 or so rounds would be difficult for Hop. until he started breaking him down.
As far as Brisco he is just tough for anyone when hes hot.

Watts presents no problems for Hopkins, Hart is dangerous while he's around bu Hopkins clearly takes that one too.

After about the 3rd round Hopkins will have figured Monroe out and as said above would simply break him down over the course of the fight.

If Briscoe is on the right night, he makes it tough for B-Hop. His strength and pressure makes a prime Bernard be defensive for the vast majority of the fight instead of focusing on his own offense, but as we all know Hopkins was still great when he was for the most part entirely defensive. He earns a pretty hard fought but very clear decision over Briscoe.
