Canelo has his moments but Hopkins would get a boring decision.

Weirdly enough I think Hopkins would win the first fight but Canelo would figure him out, up his workrate and win the rematch

If you don't knock Canelo out you lose by decision. Hopkins loses. I never thought much of the big mouth QUOT when things go bad Hopkins. Canelo by decision up to rd 10 when Hopkins reigns injury and acts unable to continue. ROBERT ALLEN FOREVER!! HOPKINS NEVER!
OH BTW MONZON HOLDS THE REAL UNDISPUTED RECORD FOR TITLE DEFENSES. AS DOES FOSTER. DURAN . ORTIZ

The Hopkins of 97-01 might very well stop Canelo late.

    It would not be competitive.

I think it would be a pretty good fight with Hopkins using his jab and keeping Canelo behind it and right hands and maybe using his size to rough up Canelo on the inside, and Canelo losing rounds and the fight by UD.
