Hopkins recovers and manages to skate out of the corner. Hopkins is cagey, blocking and circling. Body shot by Hopkins. Jabs traded. Hook off the jab on the outside by Kovalev. Big right on the body by Kovalev, falling in. Hopkins steps to his side, taking the edge off. Hopkins throws a big dipper left hook at the body. Hopkins dodges, and lands a counter right. Kovalev is positioning Hopkins on the ropes with just the jab feint.
