Leonard is fast but he isn't slick like the guys that troubled bernard the most (Dawson RJJ Taylor) and Leonard's speed alone won't beat a prime BHop
I think Leonard hand picked when he thought he could beat Hagler (he basically laid the blue print for what Mayweather is doing today) but if he was forced into the ring against Hopkins in his prime, Hopkins would win by decision.
