Personally, I think he should call it a career. But if the money's right, I suspect he'll take another fight.

What do you think his interest in/chances of avenging the Jones loss are right now? :think

Time for BHOP to honour his mother and call it a day. He does not need to prove anything and had achieved allot. Getting dominated by RJJ (speed and skill) and JC (speed and work rate) is no shame!

I think his chances are great, but I don't see this fight happening. Also, I don't think it would prove a whole lot at this point.

I remember he said after the Tarver fight that he had no interest because it does nothing to enhance his legacy. Now, he probably has a slightly higher interest because it's a logical fight with two old guys well past their primes. And other than a rematch with Jones, where else does he have to go?

Tarver rematch? Pavlik? His options seem limited. Especially considering Calzaghe and Jones will likely fight later in the year.

    ---------------------------------------

As far as his chances against Jones, I like them. He'd simply rough him up for the majority of the fight in close.

i dont think he should but i think he will. i know he stilll looks good but at his age i say everyone should give up fighting. he will probably call it a day and be lured back into a fight just like so many others. himself included

From Bernard's POV...bowing out with a win...and an avenging win, no less, and against a name like RJJ? Regardless of the actual state of either fighter in the present day, from a legacy perspective that would hardly be a waste of 36 minutes of his time.

I think he will retire and I want him to retire because he is old and dirty fighter (Calzaghe,Wright) and deafeted one of my fav boxers - Winky.
