You are wrong my friend, Calzaghe won that........even allowing for the 10-8 knock down in the first.

I had Calzaghe up by about 4 or 5 points I think.
    Terrible scoring imo.

Tiger thats the thing with Calzaghe mate if old man Enzo had travelled to America with his new Welsh wife instead of the UK , Joe Calzaghe would have been the ******* son of Rocky Marciano lol some people just can never give props no matter how well a lads career goes ..:-(

Great fight by Hopkins, he outworked Pavlik and never let him get into a rhythm.

Hopkins was super busy and very aggressive, Pavlik looked like a kid in there, very one-dimensional.

He was lucky if he landed 10 punches on Hopkins today.

I was thinking of all the seppo Hopkins huggers who were saying Hopkins was old/past it/shot when Calzaghe beat him, then a few months later he puts on this clinic :yep

He never looked like slowing down for the whole 12 rounds, yet the abovementioned nuthuggers were saying Hopkins doesn't have the stamina to go 12 anymore, etc. :nut

Hopkins demonstrated his true 7class and the sort of thing that makes a 7champion. After giving Pavlik a hiding, he had enough grace to make sure the young fella wasn't distraught. He is o9bviously a champion bloke as much as a boxer.

    I guess so.

Yeah, I did have Calzaghe winning that easily then.
Cant remember exactly, but apart from the first few rounds, I had Calzaghe winning just about every round since, maybe Hopkins won one of the later ones.
