So where was all this trash talk then Bernard, perhaps you have had some time to sleep on the fact that your getting a beating Saturday night.
Calzaghe will run rings around him all night long, jab, lefts rights, uppercuts in and out then let Hopkins move those legs to try and get back at him and then bang another jab and another, thats what Joe does and he can do it non stop all night long.
Joe looks brilliant he was confident looked good, bernard looked like he was taken by surprise at how confident and ready to go Calzaghe was and only later on did hopkins say a few things, by that point Calzaghe had done the Business said what he had to say and was off.
    Take him apart Joe!!

To be fair, he did seem more apprehensive than I've seen him before.

    That's bull****.

Bernard has seen TOO MUCH in his lifetime to get nervous watching Daddy's son, from Wales of all places, make ugly faces.

Some of you are truly ******ed.

Even Calzaghe is not getting nervous being around Hopkins as 1) he's had way too many fights and 2) he clearly underestimates him.

Bernard never tried anything tonight, that should tell you now that he isnt facing a blown up Winky, oscar etc, he actually for the first time in a while knows he was facing a guy who is comfortable at the new weight and capable of beating him.
Ive seen so many of Joes fights and weigh ins and he looked like he always does confidence wise smiling and looking confident.
Bernard looked different to what he has in the last few weigh ins he has had, looked edgy but didnt try any pushing etc
So Bernard was the one different tonight not Joe, that says Bernard sees this differently I think Joe is in his head big time now!

    Exactly:good

I know weigh ins dont mean **** but i have thought Joe would win on points in a tougher than expected fight...BUT....over the last few days i have just had this feeling that Joe is going to show us something special and do a job on ol' snaggletooth.

    Old prediction:- Calzaghe UD
    new prediction:- Calzaghe rd 8

He did didnt he, it was evident that he wanted to say or do something as Joe goaded him.
But thought better of it, because deep down he knows Joe has all the answers.

An example of what happens when little children try to be psychologists. If anything Calzaghe looked nervous, pulling faces like a five year old; he was trying to hard.

i think this is the best post so far but i don't think he's underestimating him i think he just has no respect for hopkins

he's tired of americans not giving him his due and he plans on putting a beating on b-hop while embaressing him which i think will only enrage my fellow americans.

to be honest i hope he doesn't try some **** like that becuse b-hop is one of y favorite fighters along wiht JC and i might hold it agianst him if he does
