I think that's a good argument, and I agree that Hopkins certainly was not a "green" fighter when he fought Jones. Also, I believe that if Hopkins and Jones met at their absolute peaks without having fought at 1993, Jones would still win the first match. That said, I see Hopkins winning any rematch the two partake in, at any point in their respective careers. I believe Hopkins, if anyone, could make the necessary adjustments to defeat Jones if given a second chance. It's a damn shame Hopkins never took the 60/40 split just to prove it.
