I didnt really score the fight so Im not sit here and try to judge it on points, but honestly Pascal did nothing after the 4th round. Pascal had quick outbursts here and there that actually were the only things that he had against Hopkins, but Hopkins was the better boxer and the better fighter tonight. In looking at the fight, Pascal was better at the start, cause he did what he should have done against the older Hopkins which was to use his speed and youth against Bhop early. I noticed right away that Pascal was using up a lot of energy, way too much. Clearly, this costed him the fight. I dont understand how a guy that is 28 yo's, in the prime of his fighting career, and the man at 175, gets schooled as bad as Pascal did tonight. Bhop came back from the knock downs and won the fight, and if not on the scorecards he definitely won more rounds than Pascal, and that in itself says alot of bernard, specialy at his age. Bhop has great instincts cause he smelled blood and went for it in the final rounds and Pascal was completely out of gas, it was embarrassing for the haitian born canadian. Before I end I wanna say that it was the best Bhop fight since the Trinidad fight, Bhop actually got up from the floor and rallied back to a very tired Pascal. I honor the point system but Bhop won tonight.:deal
It was super close, but I had the old man by a point. Definitely his most exciting fight in many years...
