Povetkin stinks so there is no reason Wlad shouldn't face him 3 months after dispatching Wach. Champions use to fight 4 times a year no pitroblem. If heavyweights have "evolved", and Wlad is a good fighter, than what is the problem?

 

Sounds like a financial move from Bernd the Great. He obviously wants this super fight to take place outside in a stadium that holds up to 80'000 in the summer rather than considerably less during winter. Superb move by Bonte there.

 

There can only be ONE world champion. Vittles ain't it and neither is Povetkin. Paper titles do nothing other than bring bogus sanctioning fees and fool naive fans into believing fighters with titles are more important than they are. All paper titles are are bargaining chips to avoid fighting real top 10 fighters. Why on earth would you ever condone 2 champions in a division?

Why don't you explain how this is a "superfight"? It takes two stars yo make a superfight. For this you have Wlad and just another contender who hasn't been impressive for a couple years. This fight, if and when it happens will be seen as just another sacrificial lamb being led to the slaughter. Anyone buying into it as champion vs champion is a moron.
