"Audley is in the mix and it's a fight nobody should rule out," said Booth.

Haye and Harrison spent a lot of time together when they were amateurs and often shared a hotel room at foreign competitions, but there is no love lost now and they have been swapping insults for six months.

"Adam and my son, Eddie, will meet next week to discuss what will be the biggest all-British world heavyweight title fight in history," said promoter Barry Hearn.

"Haye against Harrison has to happen and I just know Harrison can hit him on the chin and win the world title."

ABSOLUTE ****ING JOKE. No way he fights a Klitschko next....NONE!!!

I'll stop short of saying that Haye is ducking, because we don't know for sure what's going on but you have to admit it does not look good when you call someone out, that person responds and even goes to the trouble of making a corny ass video, and you dont fight. Whatever the reasons were for backing out of two fights, it doesn't look good at all. I honestly believe that Haye does not want to face Wlad anytime soon. I know for a fact that if it was the other way round the Klitschkos would be getting trashed like **** on here. I guaran-damn-tee You mother****as would be making voodoo dolls of the brothers and foaming at the mouth about how much they are pussies etc. You know it too.

The Klits are also keeping active. If there's no fight with Haye, they move on and face whoever is next in line, and they'll keep doing this untill Haye is ready to fight. Haye is not active enough, there are long ass negotiations which don't amount to ****, and the fans don't know what the **** is going on. You hear stuff in the press about how Booth isn't responding to so and so, how when Haye changed his mind and went with Valuev instead of Vitali Booth didn't even tell Vitali's promoter and they had to hear about it in the press etc. Surely he could come out and defend himself if these reports are false. Instead there is just silence.

I don't actually have a problem with Haye facing Vitali first because he said he wanted to beat both of the Klits. Vitali is older and said he will retire at the end of the year. Whether he actually does or not, if he gets too old and shot, a win over him won't mean much. If Haye wants to get credit for a win against Vitali he needs to fight him quickly. Wlad isn't in his 20's anymore either but he's still at his peak so Haye can afford to take more time with him.

I know someone will come on here talking about how Haye is such a great businessman and how much it makes sense for him to wait untill Vitali and Wlad are both past it before taking them on. You're missing the point. This is the fight game and we fans have had enough talking. I don't give a **** about business when none of the cash is going in my account. You make trade-offs. By using the Klitschko name to promote himself, Haye has done very well financially. However, he's taken a lot of flak too. If he just fights, he may lose but will get respect. If he decides to do what makes business sense or wait untill the Klits are well past it, he could possibly make more money and increase his chances of winning, but he'll lose respect from fight fans. Like I said, you trade one for the other so don't moan when people get on his back.

You may have an unhealthy interest in Haye's financial situation but as a fight fan I just wanna see a fight. Haye is the most exciting fighter in the heavyweight division today. The Klits are the best fighters in the heavyweight division today. That's why a fight between Haye and one of the brothers must happen now. Not next year, not the year after but it makes sense now. Waldo is at his peak, Vitali maybe past his but not shot. Haye is at his peak, so let's just do this already.

"This week I am starting to have conversations on a number of fronts. One thing that were not short of is people that wanna challenge David for his WBA belt. I would say this week alone I am probably going to speak to 6 or 7 different parties"

When asked if those 6 or 7 include the Klitsckos and Audley Harrison...

"We would be foolish not to consider all the viable options, and as you say those three names are certainly people we are talking to, as well as people like Hasim Rahman and Tomasz Adameck"

"The reason we have been quiet is because there is nothing to say. Were starting talks now. We had an issue last week where Ruslan Chagaev and Kali Meehan fought in an eliminator, Chagaev won and technically becomes the next official challanger but there problems with Chagaev because of his licensing issue and his hepititus status, and he can't licensed in certain countrys. My understanding is that he cannot get a license in the UK so that puts a cloud of doubt over his suitability as an official challanger, but that won't come into play until next year anyway"

"I was the phone to Shelly Finkel today, we have agreed to just stay in touch until its time to speak seriously. Its not as simple as sitting down and saying right lets do the fight, theres Valuev who still has a re-match option with David, so we have to sit down and see how all the parties fair before we make a move"

On when Haye will fight next

"October or November is realistic because of the World Cup. We will do everything we can to make sure the most viable option is in the UK. If you compare the potential money David generates more than the Klitsckos"

60/40 to Wlad with no options is fair IMO. If Haye turned that down, I would blame him for the fight not happening. It looks like Wlad wants to fight him pretty bad though. I think Wlad would be happy with 50/50.

Rahman? He'd be even worse than Audley. He was dominated by Wlad and has done **** all since, except get really fat.

Criticise Haye if you must, but I wish people would stop spouting bollocks about the fact that Chagaev was the rightful WBA champ.

After Chagaev beat Skelton he was inactive for 13 months. He may have had a legitimate injury, but you can not remain inactive for that period of time without defending your title and expect to remain the champ.
What the WBA should have done is stripped him of his title, and installed him as the mandatory challenger once he returned from injury.
Instead we got the farcical situation where Valuev fought for the WBA belt whilst Chagaev was declared the 'champ in recess'.

Can you imagine the **** Haye would get if he was injured and failed to defend his title in 13 months? There would rightfully be calls to strip him of his title.

Or how about if there was only one heavyweight strap; would it be exceptable for the one and only title to remain dormant for over a year? No.
