I think Bert Cooper and Dwight Mohammad Qawi would have been a good fight. They were both cruiserweights in the late 80's. They were similar in styles and both threw heavy shots and at their best both gave Evander Holyfield a tough fight

    Let's discuss :bbb

I think Dwight would have won a decision, based on a better defense. Burt would have made him work for it.

Great match-up. Cooper was bigger and hit pretty hard. Qawi was more skillful and reliable and I think would've earned a decision...whether the judges would have given it to him is a different story.

Qawi, he was more disciplined, better conditioned, skillful, and had more dog in him:yep

Cooper was inconsistent, and not the sharpest tool in the shed:-(

If Cooper shows up and is really trying to win, Qawi wins a decision..

If Cooper shows up just for drug money, and a i don't give a f@ck attitude, Qawi stops him late..

Qawi would have beat him like he did Leon Spinks...grinning and enjoying his work like a sadist.

I like Bert Cooper ... big punch, always in with a chance. Dunno if he'd beat Qawi but he'd make a good fight of it.
