Gilroy was a clever boxer , but he never showed that he was ever near world class.Downes is not one of the best middleweights or even clode to it , but his resume is a lot better than Gilroy's therefore I pick him.

It's spun that Gilroy was very much avoided.

 

Yes I know we had the hero worshipper here for a while, but he proved unable to take the truth ,or handle the flak.
