We could argue knockdowns all night, how about when Vitali looked to of went down against Sanders in the 1st or 2nd round or when Tua hit the canvas against Rahman at the end of the round in their second fight, I forget the round though. I'm not saying Valuev is anything special, but he has already shown he could compete with the best the division has to offer and has yet to of gotten his ass beat, thats saying something IMO.
I'm not talking about when they were awaiting the decision...I'm talking right after they finished throwing punches and the bell sounded. He lied to the people...and his lie is not the least bit believable. ...and about not realizing HOLY had that much left...neither did anybody, but he's still the rightful champ. ValueLESS should go hang out in the woods until he triggers a false Yetti sighting, while Holy and Chagaev fight for the WBA belt.
I'm just saying......you said he wasn't KDed.He was only it wasn't counted cuz he most of the times has crooked refs and judges.
Old Bert is just showing posterity for one his buddies from his young adulthood, thats all.. doubt he really believes his swill
I got no hate for them, he at least fights, unlike Chagaev who rather sit on his ass and call himself WBA champ. Valuev thought he won, just like Hopkins thought he won against Calzaghe, thats just a fighters a mentality, if the fight was close they raise there hands in victory, I dont see whats wrong with that, maybe it's just me.
He did not think he won...unless he's f*ckin' deluded, and knows as little about boxing as has been alleged. It was nothing like Hops-Joe C. which many considered a 1 point fight...this was robbery and that ogre knows it. He is fraud. I'm glad he raised his hand like that...now all of those bull**** sympathy pieces that come out from time to time on him will have no effect on me.
Thunder/Suge- Valuev is a better sportsman than most Heavyweights, the guy put his hands up after a close fight, thats hardly taunting or anything like that. I'm not a huge fan of Valuev's, but he's certainly not the worst out there.
I had Holyfield winning by 2 points, I thought the fight was not only tough to judge, but hard to watch as a fight fan. If Holyfield would of got the nod, you would see him in the ring against Wlad or Vitali, because it would mean huge PPV sales, do you really want to see that happen Suge? I dont, it will just give Wlad another belt and ATG on his lame ass resume. Hoyfield didnt even deserve the fight in the first place, who did he beat to get another title opertunity? The mans inactive, and if wins over Lou Saverese and Fres Oquendo a couple years back gets you that, the division is worse than what I thought, not to mention just having a title opertunity not too long ago against Sultan.
I hear you, but the road to get there is not important. HOLY won, regardless of the questionable decision to make the fight happen, or what his chances against either KLIT is. He is a 46 to ATG, and they screwed a legend bad. ...two points...???...the only way that was a two point fight, is if ValueLESS gets a point for each round that he won.
