Good action last round. At least Berto showed that there is some fight in him. Needs to develope a better defense. And work on his jab and body attack.

Damn Good Fight! Berto Dominated, Except For That One Punch. I Wouldn't Say He Has A Glass Jaw Yet Cause He Didn't Hit The Floor But It Still Rocked Him

Damn....a guy dominates the entire fight, gets KD by a good shot he didn't see coming and now he is all hype.

And you wonder why fighters try to protect their "0" all the time. Can't make mistakes in the ring, or boxings cynical fans label you overrated, exposed, etc.

I said it before Berto does not have a good chin. He was K'Od in the amateur's. He's a Terry Norris type fast hands, good power, bad chin. Julio got dropped partly because he was tired, Berto just got hit flush and was hurt. He was also hurt in the 10th by a left hook to the body.

He doesn't have a glass jaw. That uppercut was a thing of beauty, surprising that it came from Rivera.

The clowns in this thread who are talking trash about Berto need to realize that he is a prospect. He isn't elite, not yet. Rivera fought a very frustrating jab n' grab style. Berto wanted a knockout but was denied partially because of this. No warnings from the ref about the constant holding either.

We'll see what happens later on, but in my eyes Rivera fought a cheap fight. He denied Berto any opportunity inside for the most part.

    I am aware of that.

That has little to do with the crap being said after the KD and the people acting as though the KD indicates they were right.

Yeah, but Berto would of been knocked out if not for the ****ing bull****. I cant wait for Berto to be knocked out, and it will happen soon. That is one of the most disgusting, infuriating bull**** , I have ever seen in boxing.
