    yes i have. . .

It would have been different if he would have said VALERO KILLED HIMSELF AND ITS HIS WIFES FAULT

but thats not what he said.

What he means by it, is that VALERO was a poor lost soul that took his life because he could not control his homicidal tendencies towards his wife.

Jennifer Valero couldn't help that her husband turned out to be a ****ing homicidal lunatic and in the end they BOTH died because of it.

Man, i know what you're saying, it's a given that men do dumb **** over some chick.

But I think Berto's comment is just bending over a little too much to accommodate Valero's action. He may not be blaming Valeros wife directly, but it seems like he is blaming a man's reaction to a womans actions. At the end of the day, whatever his wife did, stabbing her was OTT, trying to put Valero's crime in any context isn't right.

It was wrong and that's that.

RIP VALERO, he was on some other **** but he was a talented boxer, and this is a BOXING forum not a forum the view

it wasnt wrong to say lol

Valero killed himself over a distorted perception his wife's actions. Its not a testament to what she did or didn't do, its a jab at Valero for not having the mental stability to see fact from delusion

Its wrong for him to say to YOU because you are not placing the intent of that statement into correct terms.

As a Berto fan, I am deeply disappointed in what he tweeted. Especially since he wrote R.I.P. to Edwin and not to his wife, or the both of them. I don't know what think. With the traged he just went through, how could he be so insensitive. Very bad move on Andre's part.

t is a boxing forum, yes. that's why were talking about a boxer. it doesnt mean we have to take his side.

whatever his wife did, he didnt deserve to be killed. plain and simple.

RIP Valero? you want a guy who killed his wife to RIP? a guy who went on to selfishly kill himself to get rid of the agony to RIP? the guy made sure that his kids do not have parent growing up. you want him to RIP?

not all people deserve to rest in peace.

Some of you need to ease up on Berto.

I'm not a fan (he got an iffy decision against Collazo) but I don't mind the guy.

As to what he said, he obviously made a poor choice of words, and thus makes a good case why high profile types should stay off Twitter.

But look at what exactly he said.

    This content is protected

    Factual.

    This content is protected

    A figure of speech.

    Ain't life a mother****er !

    Booze is a mother****er.

    War is a mother****er.

    etc.

Groucho Marx: "Women! Can't live WITH them. Can't live WITHOUT them."

Bob Marley: "No woman, no cry."

Caroline Azar: "All Women Are Bitches."

    And many more.

He was just saying that women (and implicitly, dealing with women and having women problems), can cause a guy a lot of grief.

He never said anything against Valero's wife. "Women are a mother****er...

But many have chosen to take that meaning out of his poorly chosen words.

Scar got this, said his piece, rather inelegantly, and got **** for it.

I'm sure neither Berto nor Scar are advocating for the rightness of Valero's actions here.

And while we don't have (and might never have) all the details in the Valero tragedy, it's hard to have anything but severe condemnation for Edwin Valero's actions.

But none of that makes Berto out to be the ***** he's been painted on here by many who are rushing to judge him.

What's berto's problem with women? They don't take a beating well enough for his liking???

What the **** kind of idiot knocks 'women in general' after this disgusting mother ****er kills one who has been beaten multiple times, stabbed and then murdered.

    jesus ****ing christ.

Cuch, he sent an R.I.P. to Berto but not his wife. I think just says it all right there. I'm not judging the guy, and I don't think he is a POS, but this was not a good time for him to put himself out there right like this. Of course people are gonna hate of him when he spits negativity to women when it was clearly Valero who was in control of the whole situation. No matter what his wife did, she shouldn't have died for it.

I think Berto used a poor choice of word. BUT what gets to me is that he didn't say RIP his wife. He just left it out. That's ****ed up. If he would have said women are a mother****er, then said RIP Valero and his wife then it wouldn't have been as bad.

If you was face to face with him and said "what about his wife". Im sure he would say that her and their children are the biggest victims in all of this.

You guys just blanket his words with these crazy assumptions and scrutinize a few lousy lines that he posted on a twitter page of all places

people trying to make Berto into a heartless tool bag because of this are just scrutinizing him out of their own ignorance.

    That's the main shitty part.

"Women can be hard to figure out" is one thing
"Women can be a mother ****er, rip to you" is a whole different statement.

    **** berto.

Half these bitches were whining like ***gots when the haiti thing happened, and all they said was "poor berto" and didn't say **** about haiti.

No wonder some of you ***s defend him, you're jaded douche bags.
