Quite dumb yet nowhere nearly as dumb as the one comparing Hatton's style to SRR's. :patsch

i compared berto to zab earlier but i remember a couples months back i mentioned that he was quite a bit like meldrick taylor. i dont think berto will ever be a great defensive fighter like floyd. i think he will be an offensive force.

Berto has some similarities to mayweather, but not enough to say that he has the same style. I love to watch him fight, I believe that in due time he will be a great superstar. He should consider changing trainers, because I see him as a fighter with so much unpolished talent. Like someone with great rythm that doesn't know how to execute proper dance steps.

Sure Berto can lean back and fire a counter right over the top just like Floyd, Just like Toney, Just like RJJ just like anyone else that can do the same counter.

But I STILL don't see how they have the same offensive approach, It's not about 1 punch or 1 Mirrored offensive attack, its their over all approach to their attack...The way they think. It's not the same!

not that i agree with at1 but lets give him some respect, after all he's been with them personally. Lets not forget that this dude is a professional boxer. Perhaps he's trying to tell us something, we don't see floyd or berto fight in a close distance such as he does so lets try to hear out the man

Also, lets be honest: Floyd Mayweather jr. had more punching power than Andre Berto does.

That's my opinion, because Mayweather could maximize his leverage and land with pinpoint accuracy. His right hand was better than Berto's is today.

other than how they hold their arms. left held low across the body and right at the cheek bone.

mayweather does it better tho...seeing he doesnt get hit nearly as often

Why do people hype up this Berto guy? He's too small and muscular has average balance and average everything else to be honest, the speed people talk about, i don't see it.
