i give berto a slim chance.. i probably shouldnt have used the word "tailor made" but i think berto maybe could pull it off

cotto has seen trouble against fighters with fast hands.. against these types of fighters there has always been one point where he has been in danger

shane-zab-torres-corley... all of those fighters shook cotto up pretty well at one point or another... berto shares the punching ability of those fighters... i dont know if he could finish the job tho.. thats why i said slim chance

"tailor made" was definitely the wrong word to use tho

I'd like to see him fight Callazo, then if he wins, Judah, then maybe Quintana then after that he can go after someone like Cotto, Williams or Margarito.

I think it would actually be a very good fight, better than people probably think. Both guys are good offensive fighters, and both have reputations for being vulnerable on defense and in the chin department. Certainly, neither guy is a defensive wizard.. This could be a fight with a shitload of fireworks. I'd love to see it.

I actually think Berto would be perfect for a Judah KO victim, unless Judah is already completely shot.

Berto is definately not ready for the likes of marg, williams, cotto. I honestly don't think he beats an aged mosley just yet. I think quintana, judah & collazo should be his next 3 fights to gain the experience needed for the top guys.

    Sure...easier said than done...

Berto hits Margarito with a 7 punch combo gets out of the way of Margarito's slow looping plodding punches and hits him with 7 more....Andre Berto does not (i repeat) does not get tired he's to fast for Margarito...and the first person who makes that dude back up or even stands toe to toe (not slug but pocket boxing) with him they'll beat him ask Santo's and Williams.

Like mentally? Because Judah still appears to have all his physical wares.

Possibly, although "lights out" for Cotto isn't something I can really imagine. He's extremely hard to put down, and presumably even harder to knock out. Rocking Cotto and stunning Cotto seems pretty darn easy, but he's insanely hard to put away. Berto's power is also fairly exaggerated at this point, in my view. But I do think he could hurt Cotto rather easily.

thats why i think berto could drop him... his combo's are pretty accurate
if he shakes cotto up .. i dont think berto would miss the opportunity to put him down .. who knows tho
