A clearly past it Quintana who has seen better days seemed to have no legs, still he put Berto on his ass in rd 1 dont care what it was called. Quintanna was giving Berto all he could handle.

Berto was gassed, hugging, holding, complaining to the ref and looking like ****. Looks to me like his jaw is China waiting to happen. Mosely would have blasted Berto into oblivion and it would have been ugly.

Berto would not last 3 rounds with a top welter. The fact that he is the WBC "Champ," and Quintana is the best fighter he has ever faced is a clear example of many of the things that are wrong with modern boxing.

damn did berto look bad, was a messy fight until the KO round
he was way to eager just jumping in and not being patient and hitting from a distance, nevertheless, another dissapointing fight
    Mosley would of schooled him

The part I didn't like was that Berto kept complaining about getting hit on the back of the head and he didn't even get hit there. The referee was just plain garbage.

I think collazo was the best fighter berto has faced, and we all know how that went for andre. Yes, berto is overrated and would be beaten by mosley, cotto, clottey, mayweather, or pacquiao.

Berto is not the goods never was sold on him. Too many flaws and he dont really improve. Gets by on his speed and physicality.

He looked alot less bulky tonight. I guess i was the only one to notice. Usually his arms are alot more muscular and his back more v-ed out.

Luck has nothing to do with the fact that his opponent wasn't Mosley tonight, or any other top welterweight for that matter.

i chalked it up as bravery payday fighting sugar... I was waiting with money to bet on that one.

Berto is fast but not bright. I think maidana at his weight would make him sleep.

Berto has the right tools ...they just need some sharpening.
