Berto officially took himself out of "Manny sweapstakes"...

I guess you're right about him not fighting any top ww, but fighting Mosley is a disgrace and I want the Marquez fight, but it has to be at 140 or I don't wanna see that either

 

I already said Berto has the least amount of fans, but I'm sure he has more than Clottey and Manny is making it seem like nobody wants to see the Marquez fight

 

I am against a fight w/ Mosley myself. I am NOT against a fight w/ JMM, but right now, JMM is a LW.

 

I am not talking about clottey, explain how he would be an easier fight to sell than pac vs mosley or pac vs marquez? That's the question being asked here.

 

If he looked vulnerable, he would have been even less of an attraction. Berto was outclassed by Collazo. The fight is a high risk/ low reward. Pacquiao beats Berto 19 out of 20 times. But if he can't get motivated, anything can happen. Pacquiao earned his position to be selective. I also think that, like when Trinidad fought Wright to prepare for a rematch with Hopkins, Pacquiao selected Clottey because he was a big, strong, defensive-minded 147 pounder to prepare for Floyd.

 

To sell money wise or to boxing fans? I already stated before that Mosley makes the most money, but it's disgraceful

 

I did not know berto had allot of boxing fans, he must be selling out stadiums as of lately. Give me a break, that is the reason why people are complaining that berto is overpaid because he does not have a huge following but yet is getting absurd paydays for fighting c class opposition.

Hate to say it, but this is true. I like Berto, it's not his fault he's being hand fed opponents. I just wish his name would stop popping up a a possible opponent for either Pac or Floyd until he beats...Oh, I don't know, a top 5 ranked WW maybe? That would be a good start.

 

He has more than clottey is that your point, ha, ha. Having an extra couple of hundred more fans than clottey if true and i would have to see a census count on your behalf in order to believe you does not make you an instant opponent to pacquiao. The reason they most likely went with clottey is because of his opposition margarito, cotto, judah,diego corrales. Name any opposition of berto's that can match that. Please when posting think twice before you start thinking.
