In order for berto to " get down with pac" as you like to put it, he must first fight a bradley, khan, or alexander first. Who taught beating freddy the riel hernandez who put you down for an instant shot at pacquiao. That is just absurd and ridiculous i don't want to say the other word because than i would be offending people with certain childbirth mental disabilities.

I wanted this fight before he fought Hernandez. You're right that Berto needs to prove himself, but other than Marquez at 140, there's nobody for him to face. Mosley isn't a viable option

B ball chump i am sorry for only reading part of your postings but that is because they are so pointless and lacking in knowledge that i am only reading part of them. I promise in the future to try and force myself to read them in their entirely regardless of how much stupidity is being written on them.

That is my fault. I meant other than Berto, there is nobody for Pacquiao to face.

"because he hasn't done **** despite being a WW titlist"...lol is that all
Dude, that's ridiculous, if they don't want to fight Berto...fine, but just come out and say "he presents a huge risk and at this point it isn't worth it" or "It's about who gets us the biggest paychecks", in either instance this is exactly what PBF has been doing for years, and many of the same individuals on this thread have been on his ass and calling him every name in the book, yet when it comes to Manny "it's different". I could **** care less if he fights Berto, other than I would like to see it, this situation simply illustrates the reasons why PBF has done some of the things he's done that many of these same guys speak so negatively about. Manny is now reaching the level where he can do those things, is in fact doing them, but I don't see anyone up in arms and discrediting him and his accomplishments. It's simply something to think about, this is Pac's Baldomir/Margo delima and you will see the exact same thing play out, that some of your were so "disgusted" by before. He will fight the least risky, most rewarding fight he can, and the deserving challenger will be left with his dick in his hand wondering where I went wrong.

Mosley is a known shitty draw in terms of PPV figures other than when he faught PBF. Berto is far more popular than Clottey, I'm not saying Berto sells out MSG, but the dude is a bigger draw than Clottey, if for no other reason because he's pushed by HBO and has had at least 10 fights on TV in the states. To act like he is some kind of "unknown" is a bit of a stretch, he's not a "marqee name", but he's not Clottey.

How are they deserving please explain how a berto is deserving. I want to see a list of elite opponents he has fought or fights of the year he has been a part of . If for example if bradley beats alexander and then khan now that would make him a credible and maybe deserving opponent but beating freddy hernandez does not that is just an argument that you can't win.

For a mega ppv fight with pacquiao he is not worthy stop with you senseless arguing. Look at the opposition of clottey and the opposition of berto. I rest my case now.

This is nothing like the Baldomir/Margarito situation. The baldomir fight was an easy gimme that proved nothing. Floyd saw an easy title, so that was the fight he wanted. At the time, Margarito had more wins over Ring ranked WW's then Judah, Baldomir, and Mayweather combined! And he was the only guy defending his title successfully over ring ranked WW's.

How is this the same situation?:huh

You can't win if you NEVER HAD A TICKET in the first place.

Mayweather, marquez, or mosley. And if those are not good enough for you guys then martinez. Berto is a good fighter but he is not at that level and you guys know it. Who did he beat for that belt he has, i saw that fight and even i don't remember the opponents name to be totally honest all i remember is him putting that belt on his shoulder. I swear i am not trying to be mean to berto but i don't remember who it is he beat for that belt he has.

Berto has been overpricing himself, it's his own damn fault. He could and should have fought Mosley for exposure, but didn't.
