Berto Sucks!!!!

Give this guy a Maywhether or Freddie Roach... he has the physical abilities, he's just not putting it to good use.

 

Berto doesn't belong in discussions with the elite, but he doesn't "suck" either. His problem tonight was that he fought a smart fight, but didn't look all that impressive doing it.

The loser of Cintron - Clottey will be a serious test for him.

 

why do you honestly think that berto would fight mosley, cotto, williams and margarito at this point in his career...

i do not see him losing in the next two years

 

none of the contenders to berto's title can beat berto...some would say collazo but i feel berto had learned his lessons in the first fight

 

Urangos style made berto look sloppy.
Both fighters put on a horrible showing.

Angulo.....well Cintron is lucky fights are 12 rounds now and not 15.

Berto will always have a punchers chance against anyone in the division.
But he also has the chance of being on the other end of that equation.
I think Mosley would clean his clock.........same with Cotto or even Margarito.

 

Berto is a KO waiting to happen at 147..

I think Berto needs a new trainer and also needs 2 more fights before fighting Mosley,Pacman, Mayweather or even Cotto. Berto looked solid tonight just with a bad game plan but his speed made up for it, he reminds me of a Meldrick Taylor but I think a little bit smarter defensively. Berto is still maturing didn't even Cotto and Pacman had to mature so I don't think we need to bash Berto!!!

 

Berto has the tools but unless he finds a new trainer he will never get to the elite level.

 

Way too much holding. Just too much. If he fights, say... Mosley, he gets KO'd.

 

Berto is a Rashad Evans waiting to happen and Angulo, I dont even know why HBO and people on here hyped this dude so much, he is not even anything special, a poor mans Margarito without the plaster. I could of told you Cintron was going to win by UD beforehand and that is why my bank balance is looking healthy again

 

Berto did what the **** he had to do...last time he went toe to toe with a fighter and he wasn't good enough..

Now berto shows a little box and move against a tough opponent and he's boring etc...

Berto's w over juan was a lot more impressive than hattons!!!
