I was surprised that Ortiz didn't gas , however, these claims made by Berto are BASELESS, I didn't hear **** about PED's until now after the loss, a true low blow and black eye to boxing being commited by Mosley, Pascal and now Berto. Pascal and Berto being the champs could've have requested tests, as for Mosley he should be the last person talking about PEDs.

That is because he never stated his concerns to the commision or the governing bodies, or even the promoters he works for to even propose and implementation. He just went on a rant accusing Manny then asked for his own version of OSDT, which he chooses the time frame of the ramdom testing. Last time I checked, OSDT test athletes year round randomly and floyd surely takes alot of time off from fighting. Would you as a fighter submit to your opponents drug testing system? Thats how fighters get drugged and I wouldn't put it past the Mayweather to plan to put some stuff in Pacquiao. They are old school guys with old school tricks.

 

Well maybe because a lot more people are taking them than you think. Look at the NFL. Look at major league baseball from a few years ago and look at the difference in the amount of home runs since they started giving attention to PEDs.
