I know that fighters need to keep their confidence and would occasionally make up an excuse to convince themselves that the result was not caused by their own limitations.

However the method in which any fighter uses to regain his confidence should not come
at the expense of another fighter's hard earned reputation.

Although I would make an exception for Cotto against Margarito since Margo was actually caught attempting to use plaster against Mosley.
