Berto TKO WINS

I like the sport ******* but i and a lot of people don't like when they are a lot of fighter that work a lot harder and never get even ranked, and see a two fighter that for me do not deserve either of them fight for a world title, get e title shot is not funny in the sport if you like that give away titles just because you are mexican or are famous like Berto so you sure are a bad fan of the sport or don't understand the things that hapens sometimes int the sport. I'm a old school fan that like fighter that really earn his shot. and by the way i enjoyed the fight but i do not enjoy the thing that i just mentioned and you need to repect that because anyone have his own opinion so you need to go **** youself in your hole.

 

You talk like rodrigez is in the same class as collazo, clottey, cintron lol. Sues, wake up to reality for god sake. Berto beat a bum fighter to win an easy disgrace wbc title. The wbc just shows their true colors by being a damn joke. That fight for that title is a joke. The wbc has been the most popular title for many years and for berto to win it that way is a damn joke.

 

Berto sucks ... period ... he's not going to be a force in the WW division.

He's a certified bum w/ short arms and no chin ... his speed is good and his power is grossly overrated.

He had some nerve saying that those boxers that held straps were watching his fight as if he was something to watch.

Williams, Cotto, and Williams would hurt that kid seriously --

He shouldve thanked Floyd for that opportunity (that little cocky ****) ...

I'm definitely not a fan of his and I know that its only a matter of time for that kid.

 

You don't understand i say 10 loses just an example, of giving titles away, Rodriguez is not a bad fighter but not a fighter to be ranked so hight and i just not impressed the way he entered to the championship level by fighting a figther that is not in a contender level. Sure berto looked well and has a lot of abilities only just saying I'm not impressed by the way he entered to the championship level and for me he is still a prospect. They give the title to berto just like they give regional titles to prospects, by fighting a overmatched guy.

If you noticed, HBO didn't even really pimp this as a title fight, and even the mention of the belt was with kind of a shrug and a wink. The WBC just wanted a title holder as quick as possible after Floyd quit.. and this fight was the easiest to tag. Who really gives a ****, it's the way things work.

Everyone bitches about the belts, but things wouldn't be better with just one legit belt, because guys would get blackballed even more.

Miki Rodriguez can now tell his grandkids that he fought for the WW championship, and Berto can tell his that he was a champ. Everyone wins.

Who gives a **** about belts anyhow, don't you just watch the fights? Or do you watch the belts fight? Last time I looked leather and metal can't "get it on".

 

Well said my friend. The way berto won that title is a joke. Him crying cause he won his first title is a complete damn joke.

 

I was impresses with Berto's speed, but Rodriguez should not have been the one fighting for a belt. Berto has alot of flaws and I can't see him beating any of the current title holder in the division.

 

At least we understand now Bertto lokked great but not liked how he enterde in the championship level, by figthing so so fighters, so that was rthe reason i was not impressed because don't like that kind of jokes like the abc belts.

well compared to Berto that need to fight a better oponent sure he is bum for him. If Rodriguez fight a fighter like Soto Karas then he will not be a bum because they are both at the same level not hyped level like Berto that need to fight better oposition to be more respected.

You do realize not every fighter who is not on their way to being an ATG is in the class of a BUM, right???

What you guys are failing to understand is, when a title goes VACANT, there MUST be a fight for that vacant title. Now if you already have Williams, Quintana, Margo, Cotto, Judah, Mosely, Clottey, Cintron, Gomez, etc. either tied up in other fights or recently finished with other fights....you turn to another contender. Rodriguez (irregardless if you have ever heard of him or not before tonight) is a good fighter and was resonably well ranked...hense he was the NEXT in line. You guys keep mentioning Collazo...but fail to recognize that Collazo was ranked BELOW Rodriguez in most of the rankings...so what is your point?? Because you have heard of Luis and not Rodriguez, it makes Miki a bum???

You gotta look at the entire picture...and again, anyone who utters the words that they WERENT impressed with Berto tonight is INSANE!!!

 

This coming from the guy who said that Mosely was too past it and not a good enough boxer to limit Mayorga. And Berto is a bum to you....

 

You just make yourself look like a fool with that comment cause that just prove right there that the wbc is a complete joke. How in the world is rodriguez ahead of collazo in the wbc ranking? Collazo would easily beat up Rodriguez.

 

I give Berto 3 more fight's before people are calling for his head.
he has the making's to gain a Mayweather type of following.
